New CDC study in health workers shows 94% efficacy of Covid-19 mRNA vaccines

(Eagle News) — The science is now in … again. In the largest Centers for Disease Control and Prevention study about the effectiveness of the mRNA vaccines in Health Workers, it confirms what older studies have been saying about the vaccines – they are effective. 94% effective in reducing the risk of getting sick with Covid-19 among health care personnel.

The mRNA vaccines that have been authorized here in the US by the Food and Drug Administration are the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna jabs.

The study was conducted in a different network with a larger sample size from across a broader geographic area than in clinical trials conducted earlier this year. In short, this study was done in the real world.

CDC Director Dr. Rochelle P. Walensky, says, “This report provided the most compelling information to date that COVID-19 vaccines were performing as expected in the real world.”

Walensky further says the results of the study was pee-vu-tal to CDC changing its recommendations for those who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
