(Eagle News Service) — Washingtonians unite in the movement to bring awareness to the hate and discrimination that Asian Americans experience in the U.S. by gathering at Seattle’s China Town-International District. People of all races held signs encouraging the end to Asian American hate, while others spoke to the audience about their experiences with discrimination.

Recent violence against Asian Americans have brought the issue to the forefront of news headlines and discussions across the nation and have sparked protest throughout the country.
