WASHINGTON (Eagle News) — Usually crowded with tourists visiting the Washington D.C. area as well as locals who enjoy the restaurants and shops that line the streets, National Harbor is now nearly empty as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Store front signs announcing sales and menu items have now been replaced by those that remind people to observe social distancing.
