CDC offers extreme weather safety tips

(Eagle News) — If there’s a take away from the severe weather that the country just experienced it is: be pre-pared. Winter weather doesn’t just mean being cold. Like what Texas residents found out, power outages, food and water shortages and even the potential of death are real threats. In an effort to get people ready for any more severe weather this season, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has released Winter Safety Tips. In Washington DC, Eliza Gonzales-Manglicmot reports.
