TORONTO (Eagle News) – The Toronto Raptors took care of the tired Sacramento Kings with a final score of 120-105 Tuesday night.  Kyle Lowry and Fred VanVleet each scored 19 points and Pascal Siakam chimed in with 18 points. Ibaka had a double-double night with 15 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Raptors to their 33rd win of the season.

With the Raptors up 60-56 to open the second half, The Raptors ended the third with a 15-5 run lead by Siakam who had seven points during the quarter. This resulted in a 10-point lead that proved to be too much to overcome by the visiting Kings.

The Kings tried to claw their way back into the game to no avail as they missed all six of their 3-point attempts in the final quarter and allowed 12 second-chance points. The Raptors were able to close out the game in convincing fashion versus a tired and injury-riddled Kings.

Toronto extended their home winning streak to 10 games, only two wins away from tying a franchise record of 12 games.

All-Star forward, Kawhi Leonard sat out for rest and load management as reported by Head Coach, Nick Nurse prior to the game. Overall, the Raptors have gone 11-2 without Leonard who is reported to be back in the lineup on Friday against the Houston Rockets.

The Kings were kept afloat by a career night from rookie Marvin Bagley III, who had 22 points and 11 rebounds for a double-double on his first career start. Bogdan Bogdanovic who filled up the stat sheet, adding 16 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists. Sacramento now has lost three straight games and are hoping to get healthy soon. The Kings are currently playing without three starters: guard De’Aaron Fox (sore toe), forward Nemanja Bjelica (sore back) and Iman Shumpert (rest).
